A Gift for Yourself and Your Loved Ones is an End of Life Planning Workshop. This facilitated workshop supports the process of completing an Advance Healthcare Directive. At the end of the 4-hour workshop, each participant will have their own unique and thoughtful notarized, Advance Healthcare Directive, which will allow their designated person to carry out their wishes. They will also receive a binder with a curated selection of articles, handouts, and other resources.
The goal of the workshop is to help one deepen their understanding and perspective on death and dying. It also provides the opportunity to learn about current resources, reflect on the meaning of “quality of life”, share stories, and take control of one’s own end-of-life choices.
